New Recruits, Welcome Aboard!

If you’re new to Staff Worx or Locums in general there are a few things we’ll need to gather before we can start presenting you to potential facilities. The good news is that you’ll only have to go through this once with us. If you’ve already gone through this process with another agency you can expedite this process by providing us the forms you filled out for them. All the forms are the same for the most part. The necessary information we’ll need is:

1. Polished CV: Send us your updated CV (Curriculum Vitae) – it's your key to unlocking the perfect assignment.
2. Setting Your Terms: Let us know your desired pay rate, so we can find mutually beneficial opportunities.
3. Open Availability: Share your available days, so we can find the perfect fit for your schedule.
4. Licensed to Heal: List your active medical licenses – your passport to providing top-notch care.
5. Transparency Matters: Be open about any malpractice history – it ensures a smooth journey for everyone.
6. Open Book Policy: Share any relevant background information to build trust and ensure a great fit.
7. Clinical Capabilities: Tell us about your clinical strengths – your unique talents are what allow you to stick out amongst the competition!
8. Locums Application: We'll pre-fill those pesky hospital credentialing and privileging forms with your application – saving you time and paperwork fatigue.

Confirmed Assignment:

• Green Light: If confirmed, we'll handle state license applications and facility credentialing – leave the logistics to us!
• Case Logs and/or COIs: Depending on the facility, we might need some records from your previous facilities – just to ensure the credentialing process goes smoothly.
• One-Time Thing: Once credentialed at a facility, you're good to go for future visits – no need to repeat the process every time.

Ready to Hit the Ground Running?

• Travel & Lodging Sorted: We'll handle the logistics within 30 days of your assignment – just pack your bags and enthusiasm!
• Your Comfort is Our Priority: We'll check in regularly during your assignment to ensure everything is going smoothly – we're ready to address any concerns you may have.
• Dedicated Point of Contact: You'll have a designated representative by your side throughout the journey – your go-to person for any questions or bumps in the road.

‍Most Important Part – Payment!

• Before Start Date: We’ll have you fill out a W9 form from the IRS and provide us with a voided check so we can efficiently process your payments.
• Log Your Hours Accurately: You'll receive a timesheet – fill it out meticulously, it's your map to getting paid!
• Weekly Payday: Submit your timesheet every Friday, that way we can process your payment the following week with weekly ACH transfers!

‍Smooth Departure:

• Transportation Reimbursement: Used Uber/Lyft to get to/from the airport? Submit those receipts, and we'll make sure you get reimbursed for those.
